What Is HEMA?
HEMA stands for Historical European Martial Arts, a practice that revives centuries-old fighting techniques from historical manuals. You’ll train with longswords, sabers, and other medieval and Renaissance weapons, focusing on timing, footwork, distance control, and technique grounded in real historical sources.
